Interview
It was a virtual interview and it was really laid back. The interviewer was on time and professional when asking the questions. Very knowledgeable as well. We spent time discussing the needed experience for the job and how mentoring urban students was really helpful.

The interview process was fairly easy. Kokua scheduled a prerecorded video interview. Once I got the job, they called me and asked when I would like to start, and we went from there.

Do you have any prior experience working with children?
After applying I heard back in about a week. Then I was set up with a quick 30 minute conversation with a hiring team member. I heard back the next day. If you are cleared you will need to complete background check, finger prints, etc.
