Great and respectful, the interviewer was really excited about my work and I felt validated and experienced. The overall atmosphere was not stressful at all, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic

Got a call from HR and then just one round of interview with management group on site, not many tricky questions, they ask about your educational background and then go through portfolio briefly

Portfolio walkthrough, questions both ways. Relaxing, two directors interviewing. Reassuring. Expectations are standard, no curveball questions, kind and respectful, as colleagues now this still holds true. 30 mins standard duration I believe.
