Kohl's SAS Programmer Consultant interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter from staffing company, got two rounds of phone interview several days later, both of them were very basic questions, behavioral questions like what value can you bring in to our company, what is the first thing you are going to do at your first work day and introductions to their team and projects.
