Easy waited 5 minutes kinda set up like a job fair say at the table. With two supervisors they asked about my experience and behavioral questions. Asked about my first 90 days... Waited another 5 minutes offered the position pay rate signed papers.For background no drug test.
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
