sent out application received an email for the the store manager and set up an interview the following week . The Interview with the store manager. it was questions regarding my background and my related experiences and if I have ever work as a store associate or had interactions an retail setting. over all the process and questions where easy to and they told me they would email me their final decision.
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).
Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself
