Starting with a group interview with 3 executives, then followed with a second interview. The second interview was one on one with an executive. The second interview was very personal. The interviewer described what job they were considering me for, and went over the duties of the job.

Do you have experience selling a credit or loyalty program?
The total interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview with the Corporate recruiter, then a phone interview with the DSM and finally a face to face interview with the Store Manager and DSM. Be prepared to talk about your resume and successes.opportunities within the resume.
