I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Cumberland, NJ) in Aug 2019
Interview
Group interview for seasonal that was super easy. Interview questions were very basic. I received my acceptance into their seasonal program within that week after the interview. Though it was boring at times, it definitely gave you hands on retail experience.

Question 1
How would you help out a customer who asked you something you did not know the answer to?
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
Phone screening interview to go over resume and job requirements, mainly confirming what my availability would look like, what it entailed, and if I'd be comfortable with the sales part of the job/promoting the store rewards and credit card. Very friendly and low-pressure conversation over the phone.
The process was pretty average, it was just a little awkward trying to find someone to ask to know where I needed to go. Once I got in the back room i was asked pretty normal questions and nothing that was too hard to answer or too perosnal
