I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jun 2015
Interview
They had applications at the front door so I gave one to the hiring manager to go to an interview the next day. I went to a group interview with roughly 10 other people and had 2 people interview the group. It was my first job interview so I just researched online and thought of some creative answers and got called back in a little after a week.

Question 1
Sell yourself to me.
How do you know if a customer is unsatisfied with ur service?
About 20 minutes , basic questions about teamwork and customer service. Had the interview and they called a few minutes later to offer me the job. The interviewer was very nice and made me feel calm
It was painless and super easy and I'm just putting in this information so I can view the average salaries of a company because I can't use Glassdoor unless I do this.
It was over the phone and very straight forward. I spoke with the current 02 (Assistant Store Manager) at the time and it focused on previous experiences in teams. Afterward, I received an email to complete the onboarding process online, filling out paperwork.
