I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jul 2015
Interview
It was a quick, group interview with 6 other people. We introduced our selves and then they started to ask us some questions from a sheet. After the questions, they wanted us to try and sell them glasses.
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
