Asked regular job interview questions regarding my experience and why I wanted to work there. Also asked a bit about how I would greet customers, handle problems with customers, etc.

How do you go about handling issues with coworkers?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kohl's in May 2022
Interview
They are fast with replying and it is a short process with an on-the-phone interview. They ask a few questions then you are done. They get back to you 1 or 2 days after.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kohl's (Austin, TX)
Interview
I heard back a with 24 to 48 hours of applying. The first interview is a phone interview and they let you know the that they will be describing the role, asking for your availability, etc. I did think the questions were a little more involved then they let on for a phone screen, but they were fairly typical scenario questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem at work.
I walked in and they immediately explained the job to me and asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit. I got the job on the spot and they scheduled me to work the next day.
