Interview
Really conversational, they basically just went through the experience I listed on my resume and then asked me "Why Kohl's"? My virtual interview also included some video presentations on what it will be like to be an intern at Kohl's.
It was quite pleasant and they asked all of the basics. There are two interviews first a screening then a second with the hiring manager. Both parts were not that difficult as long as you prepare a few days prior.
The process began with a phone screen, a panel interview, and 2nd round interview. Interview questions included both behavioral questions and some technical knowledge questions depending on the role. Be prepared to talk about anything on your resume in depth.

It was an online Interview. The interviewer was very nice and laid back. I had answers to their questions, was myself, and didn't have too many issues. They did ask me to dress business professional.
