I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Madison, WI) in Jul 2019
Interview
The questions covered topics of experience and availability. You must be willing to work every-other weekend and close at least one night a week. The hiring manager will try to determine if they should place you in a department or POC/Customer Service.

Question 1
1. What experience have you had working with the public?
2. Are you willing to work every-other weekend and Thanksgiving? If you say no, you won't be considered.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
