Got to final round interview. Interviewer seemed to have made her decision about not hiring me before I even said one word. I believe they must have hired someone before my interview. Poor experience and interviewer did not even let me talk about my experiences.
Very easy interview process involving potentially two conversations, one with a store manager and another with the district manager allowing both to get a feel of what you are looking for in a management role.
This was a normal and easy interview with typical questions: tell me about yourself, difficult time, communication, delegating tasks, etc. Very kind and personable interviewer which made the process fly by!

Was asked basic questions about how I interact with people and what my reaction would be to certain situations. overall it was an easy interview and I feel like anyone with a bubbly personality could do well
