I finished the online coding assessment first, and have an 30 mins onsite interview.
The Interview asks about tech background, teamworks, leadership and personal enthusiasm.

Went to career fair, got a call back 1.5 weeks later for an interview, was a 30 minute behavioral with a senior SWE with no leetcode/technicals. 2-3 weeks later, I got a phone call from HR confirming my offer
Recruited at a job fair and then contacted for a meeting over Google Meets. Chatted with a software engineer for thirty minutes about both behavioral and technical questions. Resume deep dive.
