Hiring and interviewing process was a bit longer than others. Other than that, very standard. Asked very specific questions on general retail merchandising knowledge, customer service skills, and specif areas you feel are key to running a successful store.

I was offered this role after my assistant store manager internship. For my internship I had three interviews. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. they had come to my college campus to do the interviews.
