I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Chicago Ridge, IL) in Dec 2017
Interview
Group interview, very strange because one question would be asked by the entire room so if you're last, you're basically out of luck when it comes to thinking of something unique or original

Question 1
How would you deal with an upset customer?
How would you deal with multiple customers at once?
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
