I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Columbia, SC) in Mar 2019
Interview
It was great honestly. Fairly brief, but only because we met prior at a career fair and also within a lecturer. They came to visit our class and spoke to use about professional attire. I spoke to one of the district managers and he sent me to a store manager. I then met up with them at a career fair and I end up getting an interview that next Wed. The interview was basic and general questions were asked. Then moved on to the final interview were I met the Regional manager and the HR specialist. They were very nice and made the interview quite comfortable. After interviewing with them, I was interviewed by two district managers and they asked me someone the same questions. (I'm sure that was a test to see if my answers were different)
