I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Fortaleza, Ceará) in Sept 2018
Interview
We met at a career fair in September and I got an email within 24 hours regarding a video interview. The following week I completed the interview and have yet to hear anything regarding the interview. However, a close friend of mine got an email back and is being flown out to corporate. Therefore, the entire process for her is taking around a month.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Mar 2020
Interview
All communication was through the early talent team, started with a hireview interview, followed by a virtual video interview, followed by the final interview event at the corporate headquarters. Overall was a very smooth process, and not super stressful.

Question 1
They just asked about personal experiences and questions you have for them; no behavioral or situational questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Kohl's in Jul 2014
Interview
The process itself went well. You will have several interviews with many different people. All of the people I met with were great and seemed to love their jobs. My main issue with the process is the follow-up. After several interviews that entailed me taking off from work and going on-site multiple times, and submitting my references, I was put on "hold." I have followed up a couple of times since, and things are still on hold. It's been well over the anticipated time frame, but I have yet to hear anything. I could follow-up again, but their lack of professionalism and follow-up have left me wondering if I would even want to work for Kohl's.

Question 1
There weren't any real difficult or unexpected questions - they really just want to be convinced you are passionate about what you do and want to work their.
