I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2017
Interview
A group interview was held for about 5 or so people. All asked the same things or just to talk about a certain question. The interview flowed very smoothly and I didn't really find anything to be a problem.
The hiring manager was completely unprepared and ignorant. He was rude and had a bad attitude. I could definitely tell he hated his job. He didn't know how to answer any of the questions I asked him at the end of the phone interview, especially ones regarding the company or industry (ex: company outlook, industry trends).
Really easy, just asked about me and how I work with others. It was a phone interview and it was fairly quick, I ended up getting the job. I would say the interview was easy.
The interview itself was very short and over the phone. The manager asked about a situation where you had to step up because of a customers rude behavior and things about yourself
