HR wil perform a screening over the phone interview. If they bring you in for an in person interview, the company has definately narrowed the search to several candidates. In person interview included standard interview questions. Approach answers with STAR example model.

Tell me about a time when you had to address a problem with an unhappy customer?
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

Interview
A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
