Chose interview time via online form. Email said to go to customer service to check in, no actual CS desk. Could not find offices (they were in hall with bathroom). First impression: Store messy. Told position I applied for was filled, offered PT sales :/

Interview with assistant and store manager. Talk about previous experience and where I see myself in the future. Do I want to move up with the company. Talked about handing difficult situation.

Questions that they ask are fairly easy. Would consider your typical interview questions; Availability, when can you start, why kohls?, customer service questions, loyalty or credit experience?, strengths and weaknesses, etc...)

Do you have experience selling a credit or loyalty program?
The total interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview with the Corporate recruiter, then a phone interview with the DSM and finally a face to face interview with the Store Manager and DSM. Be prepared to talk about your resume and successes.opportunities within the resume.
