I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (College Station, TX) in Jan 2016

Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
