Kognito Solutions Web Developer interview questions

Brief phone call with CTO to talk about background. Then an onsite with a few rounds, one technical with CTO and another round meeting the team I would be working on (3 developers). Entire process felt very professional yet friendly, everyone was passionate about their work and the environment seemed perfect. After the interview the CTO refused to respond to my emails or answer my calls for about 4 weeks but ultimately they make me an offer. The offer was extremely below average in pay and they did not refund travel costs as they said they would.
