The interview was well planned... And accomplished after the weld tests were completed.... Jessica Garrison... The HR Manager of the corporate office... Flew into California... To personally interview myself and two others at the hotel she was staying at....also after all qualifications: finished on line program/ written paperwork/ and weld test, x-ray results confirmed....she personally hired me as a direct hire... Complimented on past experience... Offered an outstanding wage.... Gave all the details of the workload: which included working with chromium/ fresh air/ extreme elevations/ confined spaces/ and long hours. Gave accurate time expectancy of the job... and let us know up front that there would be demo and labor intense situations to get the job done:)
