Big 4 style interview. Hooked up by an agent to have the first-round interview. Was interviewed by a senior tax manager. Question back to back like HR type of interview.

Asking for a lot details on M-3, need to give example what is permanent/temporary accounts, why are those account been adjusted, how to do tax provisions from the start of finish, and any tax research.
