Interview
A 3 hour behavioral panel interview with 4 individuals. They interviewers came in pairs each with two pages of questions. All answers were written down and reviewed by upper management.

Drive a time when a supervisor changed the course of your plan and was wrong. How did you respond.
The interview process varies quite a bit by team. Koch is a very decentralized organization but with a strong focus on PBM culture. Expect to discuss PBM culture in some way shape or form.

Tell me about a time you solved an ambiguous problem
It was an easy interview process but in the end negotiations was a total nightmare. I was offered 20k less than other candidates because I am a woman and the recruiter told me to my face that they don’t believe I am worth the average market rate despite exceeding the experience and education requirements
Typical interview questions. 2 rounds of interview. 1 with HR and the other with Technical manager. Question were more character driven than technical. Interview lasted about 45 - 60 mins.
