I applied online through their career website. Received acknowledgment through e-mail that my application was received. Three days later status updated as "Under Consideration". It took another 2 months before an HR personnel contacted me through e-mail for a phone interview. After the phone interview, was called again after 3 weeks for a personal interview on plant site with Maintenance Supervisor, Manager and Reliability personnel but was not around during the interview. Before the interview, had to go through a safety orientation via computer. After the interview, the Supervisor toured me around the plant which as really good because you'll have a feel on the working environment, safety aspects, and scope of the job. It took 2.5 hrs to complete the process. I was amazed with the Company's gesture of sending you money thru PayPal to offset some cost you incurred in going to the interview process. Overall it was a great experience.
