Interview
I had an interview with college recruiter on campus. After that, I was asked to come to an on-site interview. We had two one hour interviews, each with two people from different areas of the company, and a shop tour.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS) in Sept 2018
Interview
There were a total of three interviews. 1st round of Interviews was done at Wichita State in the RSC, and the last two interviews were about 2 weeks later on the actual Koch Campus. Each interview lasted 30-45 minutes. Very conversational. Not too intimidating. It was my first interview ever, and it worked out pretty well.
