Interview
Professional, and very thorough. Behavioral based interview questions reflecting on both decision making ability in various circumstances, as well as an introspective view of all previous experience on resume. Interviewer did not rush and really took time to determine if my experience would meet their division's needs. Kudos to Koch Industries for utilizing best practices in all areas of their business interests.
