First round on sparkhire, 4 behaviorial questions. Second round 1.5 hour interview with two current LAs, mainly behavioral questions with one analytical section. Third round is a quicker, 30-45 minute management interview with behaviorial or situational questions. Still waiting to hear back from third round.

Question 1
If you got an assignment on a Friday night due on Saturday, what would you do?
Round 1 was 3 questions on sparkhire
Round 2 was a behavioral interview with two LAs
Round 3 was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager
Round 4 was a speaking and translation test for whichever foreign language you put down as fluent.

Interview
One way video interview, second round is longer interview with two current LAs. Third round is management interview for a specific office. Video interview was pretty basic with behavioral questions and introductory info, second round was a lot of behavioral questions and good information about what the job actually looks like.
