The process started with an online interview to evaluate cultural fit and ask some technical questions. After this, there was a series of 4 short interviews (each 45 minutes or less), with 2 technical and two behavioral. Each involved different members of the staff, from different teams. The technical interviews evaluated the ability to read and understand a new code base, and also included a coding problem to evaluate problem solving and debugging skills.
