Had to complete a timed IQ test, an executive level data presentation/analysis, and interview with 6 different people at the organization. I felt the process was far more thorough than interview process I had ever gone through before; however, I have been employee there for 5 years now, and many others have similar or longer tenure. The screening process back when KA was still around was very comprehensive, but it did ensure that the people that truly wanted to be there were hired.
