I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Knowledge Adventure (New Delhi) in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial call followed by a written test. On clearing written test, final salary negotiation takes place. I was initially contacted by an HR of the org who after talking for a few minutes starts negotiating on the salary even before she conducted the test. She wanted to hire me with a salary less than what I am drawing currently. I should have backed off then however she said she will "work" on the salary part and meanwhile I can appear the test.
Next, she forgot to send me the assignment, called me up 4 days later asking why haven't I submitted it yet. On realising she forgot to send it to me, she made some lame excuse and sent me the test.
I completed it and sent it back to her within a day.l after which I've been trying to get feedback about it but she simply won't accept my call or reply to mail, such is the height of irresponsibility with the hiring team!
Do not waste your time and energy doing their test assignment as they won't hire you if you ask for standard market salary. Also, they don't have basic courtesy to acknowledge emails! Wondering how they are doing business with such an attitude!
