Interview
The interview process involved three tests: One IQ test and two personality tests. Two people will be present during the interview, but they are both friendly and kind. As long as you are upfront and honest, and as long as you are a self-motivated, happy-go-lucky person, you'll be fine!
For any position we want to make sure the person is a cultural fit for KnowBe4. This means you are a right fit for the team you are applying for and a right fit over all.
We have changed our interview process to align with our hypergrowth. This allows us to make sure both sides are a good match.

First step was to complete IQ / behavioral tests. Then initial HR phone screen, which was very basic questions. Then virtual interview with HR rep and two managers from SDR team about a week later. Interview was very straightforward and relaxed. Your run-of-the-mill interview questions. Lasted about an hour. Was called 5 minutes after virtual interview and offered the job. Overall, very easy.
