I was interviewed two times, once by HR/recruiter and then by one of the Co-founders/business partners. It was a relatively standard interview process (virtual meetings). I was asked about my comfort in regard to working with a growing company and whatnot and how flexible I can be. After that, I had to do a sample brief in order to prove my skills (as a freelancer) to proceed to be considered for the position.
