Easy, have to pass basic math test and then phone interview, then get invited to a workshop to learn more about the role and test/learn the rules of the game. Then you take a math test, and test about what was taught.

Quick and smooth, they ask you logistical questions and work background. Initial phone interview is followed up by a workshop. The workshop is a 2 day paid training/assessment and only certain candidates from that assessment are chosen.
