I waited by the cash registers at the front-end of the store to be called to the back for the interview. The interview process was great, they ask a lot of questions, but it is reasonable, just because they want to be thorough.

What was a great customer service experience that you've previously had in the past?
It was a typical interview with a manager at the store. It was not too hard and not too easy. I would consider working here later on but not right now because of health issues.
simple. behavioral questions asking how you'd handle situations, a lot of questions about handling conflict and ethics and things along those lines. it was simple and easy to navigate,don't need much practice for most of them.
