Hiring process took entire one month. They asked me the questions that were irrelevant. I think they don't have adequate knowledge about web development and PHP. I was shocked when I appeared in the interview of this company. Just one girl who had .net knowledge asked me a few questions regarding .net whereas I was there for php developer.

They don't have any knowledge and experience to conduct interviews. They are there to spoil the future of candidates. They Don't ask many questions as they are going to hire a person and get work done and then fire.
