Phone call. In-site interview for 3 hours. Really poor offices - people looking really worn out - people look like they could not afford a glass of water (who means they pay too too low) - call center style offices with cubicles from the sixties. After having spoken for almost 4 hours with two different people, I was never contacted back. I politely stayed for the interview and wasted 4 hours with people that are completely living in a parallel world - completely far from reality - poor people skills, people cannot argument a sentence in English and they are really shy to even give you questions.
