The interviews themselves went fine. But I was most disappointed in the lack of follow up, since it was clearly a no. I would've much rather heard it from a person vs. just silence. Normally I wouldn't even be writing a review about this right now because I understand that unfortunately that is sometimes the norm with bigger companies. HOWEVER, their LinkedIn marketing and profiles go on and on and on about how candidates need to have a great interviewing experience, and they've even done SEVERAL posts on how you should never ghost a candidate, even if they didn't get the job. So that feels extremely hypocritical.
I'm glad I don't work there. Not only because of the experience interviewing, but also because the people I know who work there now are miserable. I seriously dodged a bullet.
