It was the worst interview ever. Actually, they didn't want to meet me the very first time.
But for some reason, I got an interview, thorough recruiter one week later. I wanna talk more about the process issue but they asked me to do not talk about that anyone. I wasted my time really.

Quite brief, to the point, no "trick questions" and just talk about work. Did not really waste time or have drawn out tests. Pretty up front about work and what is to be expected.

Which tool do you use and how in depth of knowledge do you have about Figma
very straight forward and laid back, given plenty of time to answer the questions, didn't feel too rushed. Questions were unique and unexpected compared to other ad agencies-- overall good
