My interview took place over the phone because I was away at school at the time. It was scheduled to be an hour long but only lasted about 45 minutes. We took turns leading the conversation and exchanging questions.

It was a phone interview which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. The interviewers and I took turns leading the conversation by exchanging questions. They were appropriate and weren't pushy at all, very casual conversations.
