3 Rounds of the interview, Technical Commercial & HR Evaluating in Tecchnical Skills, Commercial Skills, etc, HR rounds was typically a salary & position negotiation .. Offer was provided within 3 days of the final rounds of the Interview

Process was good where my manager had taken the interview along with project head. Logical questions in terms of technical and also who are the well known architect and builder whom we know. After the 2nd round, 3rd round of discussion was done on phone by the Vice President which was more casual then an interview
