Interviews itself are well structured. You start with some async take-at-home coding tasks, you go through a sort of IQ test, then you have a bunch of live interviews including Behavioral interview (mostly about their principles and how do you apply them in your daily work), Coding interview (quite simple) and Design System interview. Interviewers were great, really kind and comfortable. Real problem is organization and complete lack of communication. After more than one month attending all the interviews I was informed by HR that I've passed all of them and that they were looking for the final stage, which include destination team knowledge and a chat about salary, working modalities and when to start. So basically I was sure to be, if not in, at least at 90%. The hr then completely ghosted me, they disappeared for more than 2 months and never replied to any of my (multiple) reminders despite they informed me that I've passed all the interviews and being near to the end of the process. Never felt so bad in a hiring process and don't understand at all why not sending some status updates about your process, considered that it is quite long and you have to take lots of interviews and invest lot of your time.
