Absolute waste of time – don't bother going near this company if you value your sanity. I applied for the role online and few days later was contacted for a phone-screening interview. This went quite well – I was able to clearly convey why I was a good fit for the role. She told me the next step in the process would be a logic test, should I get through. A couple of weeks later, I'm invited – by a different person – to do the logic test. I do some study and practice tests online, then I sit the test and get 16/18. The woman is clearly quite impressed, she tells me the next round will be a first formal interview. A couple of weeks pass and I don't hear anything. I email the logic test woman to check in, she says she hasn't heard anything from her team but will get back to me, two more weeks pass and (surprise) she doesn't get back to me. Finally, I get an email from an entirely different person to say that the role has gone to someone else and thank you anyway. Unbelievable. They wasted over six weeks of my time to never even 'formally' interview me, even though I passed every (unnecessary) early round. I have no idea how this successful candidate managed to get a formal interview, let alone the job. The woman in her email asked if she could keep my details on file as I have great experience. Um, no, I will not give you permission to waste my time anymore, Klarna. What a joke of a process.
