The technical interview was pleasing. But the behavioural interview was simply a default list of questions that were checked of.

- Let's say I need you to prepare 6 dashboards for tomorrow with person X. Person X is always doing the least and nothing more. How would you approach this situation?
- Let's say you need to finish 3 more reports by tomorrow. It is already 7pm and you have worked for more than 8 hours. You need around 2 hours for each report. What do you do in that situation?

If you were the CEO of Klarna, what are 3 factors that make you stay awake at night?
Onestamente uno dei peggiori iter mai affrontati. Screening HR rimandato più volte con una latenza di risposta incredibile. Ricevo la comunicazione 30 minuti prima del colloquio, fornisco immediatamente nuove disponibilità, ricevo risposta dopo 4-5 giorni. Successivamente ricevo un assignment abbastanza impegnativo da fare entro 7 giorni lavorativi, la cui traccia però è assolutamente insufficiente a comprendere bene l'obiettivo e il contesto. I dati su cui lavorare sono pieni di anomalie, ho pensato che potesse essere parte dell'assignment e chiedo spiegazioni in maniera molto proattiva e mostrando di averci sbattuto la testa. Anche in questo caso ricevo risposta dopo giorni e stringatissima (tipo 3 o 4 parole), assolutamente inutile a risolvere i miei problemi. Concludo comunque l'assignment evidenziando le cose che non mi tornano, consegno e non ricevo mai più risposta.
After a brief conversation with a recruiter, I was invited to talk to a hiring manager, who was really rude. He asked for my salary expectation, and I said "I am currently getting xxxx", and he said "you are not worth that salary."
A lot of steps that you have to prepare for. It takes time.
HR, ML task, Technical interview, Klarna fit interview, another technical interview, and finally team fit interview. You have to prepare well for each process to stand a chance.
