Process took 8 weeks, looking back it felt like a waste of time. First I got sent a preliminary logic test and later the HR reached out to me to schedule a phone call.
1st round - screening call with HR
2nd round - logic test again, this time supervised
3rd round - a 60 mins chat with one of the managers of the team to talk about skills
4th round - another 60mins chat with another manager, this time focussed on cultural fit
Each round took at least one week for them to review and get back to me, after the 4th round, I waited for 3 weeks to hear from them about being rejected. Managers are generally nice, but the process is draining and communications aren't clear as to when you'll be able to get an answer from them. Candidates aren't receiving any useful feedback and had their time wasted.
I sent my CV and another day get an invitation to complete a logical test. I skipped it because I don't think it's a good way of hiring process. Then I get again an invitation and decided to do a test, and passed it. I recieved a letter from them in the way, just seat back and relax, we will contact you soon for your career opportunities with us. After a month of silence I got a refused letter with a message that my background doesn't suit well with this position, but I'm welcome to apply for another position.
It's just waisting time and empty words about their approach of "irregular path". They hire in very regular way screening just professional experience. I'm not enthusiastic to apply second time.
