I was contacted by a recruit who told about the company and the position. I did a two tests, one to assess my logical thinking and the other for coding. After passing this test I had a interview/test with a developer and a manager.

Interview
Very lengthy process and the third one was technical interview. Two interviewers were there in the video call and one was interacting. First they asked me to travers them to a bug in there screen and think loudly.
Long process that was quite messy and lacking in communication. It took weeks between answers and it was not what I expected of this company. The people interviewing was very nice though.

After that two steps involving practical cultural fit questions.
Final interview round trying to project a microservice API.
Everyone was pretty in hand and friendly, but company principles obsession mindset could make you feel little unconfortable.
