I applied online. I interviewed at Klarna (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process went very smooth through a couple of levels: a talk with Klarna's HR who proposed a better position than the one I applied for - better suited for my current career plan, anyway.
A very interesting pattern-matching IQ screening followed.
Then we moved on to a 1-to-1 meeting with one of the managers, and then came the first phase of the technical interview, where things started getting odd. The tech questions and even the live coding challenge went smooth, but I did get a very weird question for a tech interview, that I probably flunked completely... and then I never heard from Klarna for 8 days.

Question 1
Describe how onboarding a new employee would look like.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klarna (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2022
Interview
Started with recruiter screening, then an online assessment similar to algorithm but more realistic. After that, if you pass then a "block 1" interview where it is 45 minutes behavioural followed by 1.5 hour technical (algorithm + behavioural again). Finally, if you pass all of those you will be moved to a final "block 2" interview where you need to do a systems design interview. This interview is open ended and there's not really a right or wrong answer, just make sure you are well prepared and can justify your choices.
Throughout the process, there are several "logic" tests where you answer what you think is the next pattern when given a sequence. A bit silly in my opinion but nothing hard. My recruiter was very engaged and encouraging throughout, providing me with hints and tips before interviews
