Interview
I was given a programming assignment to complete before the interview. After handing in the assignment, I got invited for an on-site interview. The interviewers were nice; however, they asked no technical questions. It was just a friendly chat - if I liked to travel etc. Then we talked about the assignment, and I got some feedback. They were very positive about my solution. Then they said they will be in touch. I have not received an offer without any explanation.

Interview
The initial interview was very relaxed. There was a lady from HR and one of their senior developers. The whole interview took about 1-2 hours and we talked about my previous work experience.
